git (both web and git clone) seem to be down.
I have contacted webhelp at research.att.com but they say they need to
talk to Glenn.
$ git clone http://*secret*:*secret*@www2.research.att.com/sw/git/INIT
Cloning into 'INIT'...
fatal: http://www2.research.att.com/~astopen/cgi-bin/git/git.cgi/INIT/info/refs not valid: is this a git repository?
